³CIS.AI operates as part of the broader 3CIS group, a specialized telecommunications, IT services, and digital infrastructure provider with operations in the United States of America,the United Kingdom, and globally. Our AI and data initiatives focus on delivering secure, high-performance computing and intelligent automation solutions, primarily for enterprise and carrier-grade customers.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Site and Services, including website visitors, customers, partners, and individuals whose data we process in the course of providing our solutions. It does not apply to data processed under separate data processing agreements (DPAs) we enter into with enterprise clients.

  • AI job inputs/outputs: typically retained for the duration of the active project/job plus a short buffer for support/debugging, unless longer retention is requested by the customer
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or object
  • Server logs and analytics: up to 26 months (or as configured in our analytics tools)

You may request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal and contractual exceptions) by contacting us.
